1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between bet786 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who registers for, accesses, or uses any service made available through the bet786 website at bet786.vu and its associated subdomains.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", accessing the bet786 platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. 2 Definitions

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole operating currency of the bet786 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is met.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which online gambling or the use of betting services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by bet786 and its international gaming license obligations.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on bet786, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bet786 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate entities may not register as Players).
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Territory in which online gaming is unlawful.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with bet786 or any affiliated platform.
• You must register using accurate and current personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid email address.
• You must not have a previously suspended or terminated bet786 Account.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bet786 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

4 Account Management

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their bet786 Account credentials, including their username and password. bet786 will never request your password via email, chat support, or telephone.

You must notify bet786 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. bet786 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to maintain adequate security measures.

bet786 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of:

• Fraudulent activity or attempted fraud against the platform or other users.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating or manipulation.
• Money laundering or any activity that violates anti-money laundering obligations.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bet786 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — instant deposits; withdrawals processed within standard processing times.
• EasyPaisa — instant deposits; withdrawals processed within standard processing times.
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer; typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer; typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Meezan Bank — bank transfer; typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed within the bet786 account cashier section. bet786 reserves the right to modify these limits at its discretion with reasonable notice.

All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. bet786 will only process withdrawals to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits by the same Account holder. bet786 does not accept third-party deposits or process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bet786 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed the bet786 registration process and met applicable eligibility requirements.
• Each promotion may specify a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real money.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier applicable to each offer will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unconverted at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• bet786 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

• bet786 reserves the right to reverse bonus credits and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these terms or through abuse of the promotions system.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

Each betting or gaming product available on the bet786 platform is governed by its own product-specific rules, which are made available within the relevant section of the platform. These product-specific rules are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Where any conflict exists between general terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that product.

General betting rules applicable across the bet786 sportsbook include:

• All bets are accepted subject to bet786's standard odds and the availability of the relevant event or market.
• bet786 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed in error or arising from a technical fault.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, bet786's decision, based on official event results from recognised governing bodies, shall be final.
• Bets placed on PSL, international cricket, and other sporting events are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the scheduled event unless stated otherwise.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet786 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or residing in a Prohibited Territory.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the bet786 platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or other non-human means to place bets or access the platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other Players or third parties.

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's Account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the bet786 platform are owned by or licensed to bet786. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in the bet786 brand, platform, or any of its associated intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bet786 platform without the express prior written consent of bet786.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet786 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or the cost of substitute services arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bet786 platform.

bet786 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay arises from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: telecommunications failures, internet outages, government actions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

The bet786 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accept no liability for disruptions caused by maintenance windows, third-party service failures, or circumstances outside our control.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

bet786 collects, processes, and stores Player data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By using the bet786 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bet786 will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers strictly for the purpose of operating the bet786 platform (including payment processors, identity verification services, and game providers) and with regulatory authorities where required by law.

13 Amendments to Terms

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or their subject matter or formation.
